Ordering and cancellation


  1. Exhibitor, advertiser and sponsor should complete Appendix I to Appendix IV and deliver a copy to the Conference Exhibition Secretariat, by email or by fax, to apply for exhibition and/or sponsorship. The deadline for applying is September 15, 2014.

  2. 50% of the entire amount shall be paid in 1 week after confirming the application to validate the reservation; the balance must be received by September 30, 2014 or may result in the release of held exhibition booth, advertisement and sponsorship.
    * To qualify for early exhibition registration, reservation and full payment must be made before July 30, 2014.
  3. If default of payment by the stipulated date happens, the application shall be recognized as cancelled and the deposit forfeited; applicant shall not be entitled to any form of compensation.
  4. The Conference shall allocate reservation in a first come, first served principle. In the state of oversubscription, the Conference shall compose a waiting list; any additional space made available through cancellation shall be offered to company on the waiting list.
  5. Deadline for all orders is September 15, 2014. For any order after September 15, 2014, a surcharge of 20% will apply.

All cancellations, reductions or withdrawals are not permitted. However, the exhibitor, advertiser or sponsor in special cases may be concerned to have partial refund according to the date of receipt of written notification.
All cancellations and changes must be submitted in written form, with indication of company name, contact person and bank details as in “Appendix V: Cancellation Form” by fax or by email.

  1. For cancellation made before September 15, 2014, we shall retain 50% of the agreed amount.
  2. For later cancellation, no refunds can be made.
  3. Exhibitors or sponsors, who do not cancel and do not show up, will still be responsible for the full agreed amount.

ONLY receiving an acknowledgement from the 15th IUBMB Exhibition Secretariat assures that the cancellation is under process.

All refunds will be made after the conference.
